Marketing Automation Specialist
GROWmatica is a sales and consulting agency specialized in growing the international sales success of IT and eCommerce firms on a global scale. GROWmatica helps its customers go international by augmenting their international sales and partnerships across the globe. GROWmatica‘s sales team consists of 10 sales specialists in Warsaw and 47 sales network partners in 27 markets across the globe.
We are currently looking for an experienced and talented Marketing Automation Specialist who is willing to gain experience in international business. The new team member will have the unique opportunity to be part of several cross-border expansion projects of several top IT firms, e.g. Microsoft. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing B2B email campaigns in multiple languages to European markets;
- Drafting of email content with text merge fields for mass personalization;
- Sending B2B mass mailings with various marketing automation tools (ca. 50.000);
- Design of tracked landing pages with Call for Action and Lead Collector;
- Building A/B testing for emailing campaigns with the goal to optimize OR, CTR and responses;
- Segmentation of contact database using tags and/or pivot tables in Microsoft Excel.
- MA degree in relevant area, e.g. Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or Business/ Management;
- Minimum 2 years experience in emailing campaign and optimization;
- Practical knowledge of online marketing tools, such as SALESmanago and EXPONEA;
- Ideally good knowledge of mailing tools / platforms, and WORDPRESS CMS;
- Basic knowledge of HTML-CSS, optional also JS;
- Strong data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel;
- High precision and autonomy in action;
- Good knowledge of English language and 1 other European language;
- Polish language is not required;
- Work permission in Poland required.
